Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges: To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The DIAMILIO tag must be intact and in its original place, unaltered and undamaged.
The item must be returned in a pristine condition, having undergone a professional chemical wash to restore it to a like new state.
Options Available: Upon meeting the above requirements, you have two choices:
Return: Opt to return the product and the value of your purchase will be credited to your Diamilio account.
Exchange: Choose to exchange the item for another product of equivalent value from our collection.
Process for Returns
Account Credit:
If you choose to return the product, upon successful verification of the return conditions, the value will be credited to your Diamilio account.
This credit will be visible on the “My Account” page, where you can track and redeem it for future purchases.
Coupon Code:
For customers without a Diamilio account, a unique coupon code will be issued, equivalent to the value of the returned item.
This coupon can be used towards the purchase of another item from our collection.
Please Note: Direct monetary refunds to bank accounts or in physical form are not available. The credit or coupon provided is designed to offer flexibility and ease for your subsequent purchases with Diamilio.
